Job Description
Serve as the primary point of contact for customers and prospects regarding equipment sales inquiries.
Coordinate and manage field sales representatives' calendars, appointments, and customer meetings.
Proactively contact customers to schedule follow-up meetings and maintain ongoing engagement.
Qualify inbound and outbound sales leads to identify customer needs and sales opportunities.
Prepare and submit quote requests based on recommendations from the sales team.
Support sales initiatives by maintaining accurate customer and prospect information.
Required Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess:
High school diploma required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
Experience working in a sales-driven environment, preferably within the industrial, manufacturing, or equipment sales industry.
Proven experience conducting both warm and cold prospecting calls in a goal-oriented setting.
Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build customer relationships.
Ability and willingness to travel occasionally for product and sales training.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Experience with Google Workspace and SAP is preferred.
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
