Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Junior Relationship Manager and Sales professional at ExchangeRobotics in the New York City Metropolitan Area. The role involves managing relationships with banks and institutional investors, promoting the platform’s AI‑driven financial products, and facilitating securitization processes. The candidate will be responsible for providing personalized support to customers, ensuring customer satisfaction, analyzing data, communicating effectively, and facilitating workflow automation.

Qualifications

Experience in relationship management, sales, and financial services

Knowledge of Machine Learning, AI, and financial markets

Ability to understand and communicate complex financial products

Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills

Excellent communication and presentation skills

Experience with data analysis and reporting tools

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or related field

1–2 years of experience in financial services or tech industry

Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment
