To support the Healthcare & Insurance vertical, the full-time remote Healthcare Relationship Manager will grow and retain a portfolio of strategic clients by aligning merchant products and payment solutions to their business needs while collaborating with internal teams to enhance client partnerships and drive revenue outcomes.
Key responsibilities
Serve as the primary relationship lead for assigned clients, coordinating with internal partners to align communication and operational support
Develop and execute account plans that promote revenue growth and long-term client partnerships
Identify and advance pipeline opportunities to enhance portfolio performance and product adoption
Required qualifications
8+ years of experience in relationship management, account management, or business development within payments or financial services
8+ years of experience in healthcare and insurance client management
8+ years of experience growing large client relationships and executing cross-functional strategies
Experience using Salesforce or a similar CRM platform for account planning and client activity tracking
Bachelor's degree or higher in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field
