This role partners closely with Product Management and Engineering leadership to translate product strategy into scalable, secure, and high-performing technology solutions. The Associate Director will lead multiple development teams, champion modern software development practices, and play a critical role in advancing AI-enabled capabilities—both within internal development processes and customer-facing products. Leadership*** Lead and manage **multiple development teams (typically 2–4 teams)**, ensuring high performance, engagement, and delivery outcomes* Partner with Product, UX, and cross-functional stakeholders to **prioritize work and drive execution*** Establish strong team accountability for **delivery quality, timelines, and outcomes****Development Process Excellence*** Implement and scale
