Driving enterprise-wide data intelligence and operational efficiency initiatives, the full-time remote Director of Strategy and Analytics will design and implement data-driven decision-making processes, enhance marketing content, and streamline workflows across the Surety organization.
Key responsibilities
Build centralized insights capability and deliver actionable insights for decision-making
Develop and standardize messaging and content frameworks while ensuring consistency across communications
Identify inefficiencies and drive process improvements to enhance operational efficiency
Required qualifications
10+ years of experience in surety, insurance, or financial services
Proven experience in analytics, marketing, or operations
Strong understanding of the surety distribution model
Demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive strategic initiatives
Experience with data tools and process improvement methodologies
