As an Amazon Web Services (AWS) Sr. Customer Solutions Manager you will guide customers through their multi‑year journey to the cloud. Your role involves ensuring cross‑functional AWS teams collaborate effectively to deliver outcomes for customers. You will serve as a critical partner, leveraging experience with large‑scale cloud transformations and shepherding customers through operational, educational, and governance aspects of a successful AWS cloud journey.

Responsibilities

Interface with customer and AWS leadership, driving collaboration between core account groups (Sales, Support, Solutions Architecture, Professional Services), product/engineering teams, and customer teams.

Plan and support major workload migrations, translating strategic initiatives in account plans into executable actions and working backwards from key milestones.

Lead reporting and tracking functions, manage cadence, and own education plans, roadmaps to business outcomes, executive briefing sessions, and go‑live events and transitions.

Think big, invent, and take ownership of customer challenges; proactively solve problems through new ideas, tools, and mechanisms.

Evangelize AWS services and influence customers to adopt them; deliver a great customer experience by deploying AWS solutions and driving innovation.

Qualifications

5+ years of leading large‑scale technical or engineering programs with proven thought leadership, business‑case development, customer benefit realization, and successful program completion.

2+ years of customer‑facing work engaging with executive, technologist, or partner stakeholders to solve business problems using advanced technologies.

Strong technical background; excellent problem‑solving abilities; exemplary communication at executive and project‑team levels.

Experience leading technical and non‑technical transformation project teams and working cross‑functionally.

Experience implementing cloud services including migrations and modernization projects.

PMP certification or SCRUM/Agile/SAFe certification preferred.

The base salary range for this position is 176,600 – 239,000 USD annually.
