About the Opportunity
We are seeking a highly creative, strategic, and results-driven Social Media Content Strategist & Viral Growth Manager to work directly alongside talent in Dallas. This is not a traditional social media coordinator role. We are looking for someone who understands how to create viral content, grow personal brands, develop content systems, identify trends before they happen, and turn attention into revenue. You will be heavily involved in content planning, content creation, editing, strategy, audience growth, branding, and overall digital expansion across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate is obsessed with social media, understands internet culture, studies successful creators, and knows how to turn everyday moments into engaging content.

Responsibilities

Content Strategy

Develop overall content strategy across platforms

Build short-term and long-term growth plans

Research trends, competitors, and viral content opportunities

Create weekly and monthly content calendars

Identify new content series and recurring formats

Develop audience growth strategies

Analyze performance metrics and optimize content accordingly

Content Planning

Plan daily content shoots

Coordinate filming schedules

Brainstorm viral concepts

Organize content pipelines

Develop storylines and content arcs

Create content plans for launches, collaborations, and campaigns

Content Creation

Film content on-site

Capture behind-the-scenes footage

Record lifestyle content

Assist with livestream content

Create content optimized for:

TikTok

Instagram Reels

YouTube Shorts

YouTube

X

Snapchat

Facebook

Emerging platforms

Video Editing

Edit high-volume short-form content

Create engaging hooks within the first 1-3 seconds

Add captions, graphics, effects, transitions, and sound design

Repurpose long-form content into short-form clips

Create multiple versions of content for testing

Optimize content retention and watch time

Social Media Management

Manage content posting schedules

Monitor analytics and performance

Track trends and algorithm changes

Recommend adjustments based on data

Identify opportunities for collaborations and partnerships

Brand Development
