Title : Healthcare Account Executive

Location : NYC (in-office)

Compensation : 120k-180k OTE with 80k-90k base –

Assists is a senior living marketplace dedicated to helping seniors find senior living options across the United States.

Within 3–9 months, you can build and manage a team and earn $10k per year for each person under you.

Responsibilities

Create partnerships with hospitals and rehabs to help them utilize our services to place seniors.

Take in-person meetings with rehabs and hospitals to help them improve their workflow.

Deliver an exceptional customer experience.

Conduct daily field visits and meet clients in person.

Earn a large referral fee (1‑month rent, typically $5,000–$10,000) per placement.

Requirements

Ideally 1–3 years of sales experience.

Passion for sales and results.

Strong in-person presence and communication skills.

Highly ambitious with a collaborative mindset.

Extreme ownership of your quota.

Thrives under pressure.
