Protecting mission-critical web applications and sensitive data, the full-time remote Web Developer Security Engineer will identify and remediate vulnerabilities, drive security assessments, and support secure design patterns across the software development lifecycle.
Key responsibilities
Identify, analyze, and remediate critical vulnerabilities in web applications and APIs
Drive the vulnerability lifecycle through threat modeling and security assessments
Implement automation scripts for threat intelligence integration and application security monitoring
Required qualifications
Minimum of three years of experience in web application security or secure software development
Hands-on experience with .NET technologies, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, REST APIs, and SQL
Bachelor's degree or higher in computer science, cybersecurity, or a related field
Current security certifications maintained for a minimum of five years, such as CSSLP or OSCP
Strong understanding of OWASP Top 10 and secure coding standards
