Graphic Designer

Uptimize Design is growing, and we're looking for a talented part‑time graphic designer to join our studio. We want someone who brings that same care to their craft.

Based in Mansfield, TX, we serve clients locally across DFW and nationwide. Our work spans brand identity, branded environments, direct mail and print, packaging, promotional design, and websites.

The Role
We're looking for a talented part-time graphic designer to join our fast-moving studio. You'll work directly with our Creative Director on a wide range of projects, from brand identities and marketing materials to direct mail layouts, packaging, and promotional product mockups. Strong layout skills, logo and brand design, and production accuracy are core to this role.

Schedule & Location

Part-time, Monday to Friday, typical hours from 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM CT (some flexibility)

Hybrid: based in Mansfield, TX, with about 2 days per week on‑site for collaboration and production

Occasional travel to Fort Worth as needed

What You'll Do

Design and prepare production‑ready files for print, including direct mail, brochures, flyers, and packaging

Design logos and build brand identities from concept to completion

Create branded promotional designs and mockups for client presentations and vendor production

Keep visuals consistent while adapting to each client's brand style

Collaborate on creative concepts and refine layouts from feedback

Manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and maintain strong attention to detail

What We're Looking For

A strong portfolio (required). Applications without one won't be considered.

Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.

3+ years of professional graphic design experience.

Your own reliable computer and high-speed internet.
