As a Production Technician, you'll play an important role in packaging and preparing products, maintaining quality standards, and supporting a safe and efficient work environment.
Shifts: 2nd Shift, 1st Shift. Employment Types: Temp to Hire, Full Time. Pay Rate: $16.00 - $17.25 / hour
Duties:
Package products by following company procedures and instructions.
Complete required paperwork and production records.
Keep work areas clean, organized, and compliant with company standards.
Operate packaging equipment safely and efficiently.
Assist with labeling, assembly, and packaging tasks.
Clean equipment, tools, and work areas as needed.
Follow all safety guidelines and workplace policies.
Attend team meetings and training sessions.
Meet daily productivity and quality expectations.
Perform other assigned duties as needed.
Position Requirements:
Ability to perform work while standing or sitting, based on assigned duties.
Comfortable working in refrigerated and freezer environments.
Strong focus on accuracy and quality.
Ability to collaborate effectively with coworkers.
Consistent attendance and reliable transportation.
Requirements: Background Check, Drug Test, Must be at least 18 years old. Required education: No Education Requirement.
