Marketing Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to support a range of marketing activities, including content execution, marketing operations, and trade show coordination. This role is fully remote and focuses on ensuring that marketing initiatives, materials, and deliverables are accurate, organized, and completed on time.
The ideal candidate is process-driven, highly organized, and comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously. This person will play a key role in supporting day-to-day marketing operations, coordinating projects across teams, and helping ensure the smooth execution of marketing campaigns and events.
Main Responsibilities:

Content & Marketing Coordination (Execution Support)
Assist in gathering, organizing, and uploading marketing content (emails, social posts, website updates, collateral)
Manage content calendars and ensure deadlines are met
Organize and maintain content libraries and marketing assets
Coordinate with internal teams to collect and finalize materials for distribution
Schedule and post content across platforms as directed
Marketing Operations & General Support
Track project timelines and follow up to keep tasks on schedule
Support basic reporting and tracking of trade show and marketing activities
Assist with email campaign setup and list management
Conduct basic research (vendors, events, competitors, etc.) as needed
Support coordination of marketing materials and internal requests
Trade Shows & Events
Coordinate all trade show logistics, including shipments, booth materials, and marketing collateral
Track event deadlines, requirements, and schedules to ensure timely execution
Prepare and submit exhibitor forms and required documentation
Order show services as directed
Communicate with vendors, event organizers, and internal teams
Assist with pre- and post-event coordination, including materials and follow-up needs
Salary:
This position offers a salary $50,000 per year
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
0–2 years of experience in marketing, administrative support, logistics, or coordination roles
Strong organizational and time management skills
High attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Self-starter with the ability to manage tasks, prioritize work, and meet deadlines in a fully remote environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Strongly Desired Skills:
Familiarity with content management systems (especially WordPress)
Experience using LinkedIn for business or marketing purposes
Basic understanding of marketing processes and campaign execution
Experience with CRM or email marketing platforms
