Job Title: Associate Creative Director

Job Description:
The Director will be responsible for leading the Mens Design team(2 direct reports) and developing brand-right, value product that translates into optimized commercial product delivered to customers.
They ensure product aesthetic, product quality, and costs are consistent with Brand image and target customers while maintaining financial performance of Design.
The scope of responsibility in this role is over all categories and requires heavy cross-functional collaboration amongst CAD and Graphic Design, Merchandising and Production Partners.
