Global Brand Manager (NSW)

We are seeking an experienced Global Brand Manager to support the development and execution of global brand strategies within a fast-paced consumer products organization. This role will connect consumer insights, product priorities, and seasonal storytelling to deliver integrated brand plans that drive brand relevance and business growth across global markets. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in brand marketing, experience working within large global organizations, and the ability to translate strategy into impactful execution. Experience within sportswear, lifestyle, consumer brands, or global marketing organizations is highly preferred.
Key Responsibilities

Support the development and execution of global and seasonal brand plans aligned with strategic priorities.
Translate consumer, marketplace, and cultural insights into actionable marketing opportunities.
Develop clear and compelling creative and marketing briefs.
Support end-to-end seasonal storytelling and campaign planning.
Partner with Creative, Digital, Retail, and Marketing teams to ensure cohesive execution.
Collaborate with global and regional teams to adapt brand strategies for local market needs.
Manage planning processes, project timelines, and key deliverables.
Ensure consistency, clarity, and quality across brand initiatives.
Support cross-functional alignment across multiple stakeholders and business functions.
Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
6–8 years of experience in Brand Marketing, Brand Management, Category Marketing, or related disciplines.
Experience developing and executing brand strategies and integrated marketing plans.
Strong ability to translate strategic direction into actionable execution.
Excellent organizational and project management skills.
Proven experience working across cross-functional teams.
Strong written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Experience working for large global consumer brands, sports brands, or matrixed organizations.
Proficiency with:

Keynote
Airtable
Microsoft Office Suite

Preferred Qualifications

Previous experience working within a global brand marketing organization.
Experience in sportswear, footwear, apparel, lifestyle, or consumer product industries.
Experience partnering with Creative, Retail Marketing, and Digital Marketing teams.
Exposure to integrated marketing campaigns across digital and retail channels.
Experience working in global or matrixed organizations.
Ability to thrive in ambiguous and rapidly evolving environments.
Passion for sport, culture, consumer trends, and brand storytelling.
