What's in it for me?

Location: Otsego Office/ Remote
Hours/days: Friday 8:30am - 3:00pm(Remote)
Every other Saturday & Sunday 6:30am-4:30pm (On call remote)
Starting rate $16.00/ hour
What will I be doing?

Operate telephone and software system to assist caller by answering questions and/or routing the caller to the appropriate representative
Provide office support including but not limited to data entry, medical records, checking and forwarding faxes, transcription, scanning, completing form order requests, mail and various other types of administrative support
Use professional communication both verbal and written while providing exceptional customer service to all inside and outside contacts
Qualifications

What skills do I need to bring?
HS diploma
One year of customer service or call center experience preferred
Basic understanding of home health care services
Basic understanding of medical terminology required
Fluent in the English language
