As a (Junior) Video Editor, you will be responsible for editing and producing high-quality videos that will be used in our online courses. You will work closely with our instructional design team to understand the content and objectives of each video, and then use your technical skills and creative vision to bring them to life.
Key Responsibilities
Edit and produce high-quality videos for our online courses
Collaborate with the instructional design team to understand video objectives and content
Use video editing software to create engaging and informative videos
Incorporate graphics, animations, and other visual elements to enhance the videos
Ensure consistency and accuracy in all videos produced
Meet project deadlines and manage multiple video projects simultaneously
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in film, media, or related field
1-2 years of experience in video editing, preferably in an educational or instructional setting
Proficient in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or Avid Media Composer
Strong understanding of video production techniques and best practices
Knowledge of motion graphics and animation is a plus
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Excellent time management and organizational skills
Strong attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines
Passion for creating informative and engaging video content
