Description
Active Interest Media is seeking a Promotions Manager to drive growth across new business initiatives including tours, events, product, and membership. This role owns the planning and execution of integrated promotional campaigns that begin with interest and accelerate acquisition, conversion, and retention across a portfolio of enthusiast media brands. You’ll sit at the intersection of marketing, product, and revenue—turning business priorities into high-impact campaigns that grow audience and revenue.
What you’ll do
Lead end-to-end promotional strategy across new business initiatives digital products, tours, events, and memberships
Build and execute multi‑channel campaigns across email, web, paid media, and external channels
Drive audience, acquisition and conversion through optimized funnels, testing, and segmentation
Partner with product, editorial, and marketing teams to align promotions with launches and content moments
Support go‑to‑market planning for new products, offers, and revenue streams
Identify and activate cross‑sell and upsell opportunities across brands
Track performance and continuously optimize against KPIs including conversion, retention, and revenue
What you’ll bring
3-5 years in growth, lifecycle, promotions, or integrated marketing roles
Experience driving digital product revenue
Strong executional fluency across email, digital, and campaign management
Data‑driven mindset with experience using testing and analytics to improve performance
Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities across a matrixed org
Strong project management and communication skills
Experience in media, publishing, or enthusiast content brands a plus
