THE ROLE
We are looking for an intelligent, innovative and creative marketer to lead the innovation, communication and strategy for the Popsicle brand in North America. The ideal candidate will drive the business forward with out‑of‑the‑box ideas, lead cross‑functional teams, and challenge the status quo to get things done efficiently. The role requires a deep understanding of brand development, market trends, consumer insight, and category dynamics, as well as strategic thinking and executional leadership.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Develop and manage the innovation pipeline, ensuring packaging, product and customer requests are launched on time and in full.

Lead consumer research in partnership with the Insights team to drive new innovation, communication assets and product concepts.

Partner with the Operations marketing team for flawless market execution.

Write and develop culture‑driven communication for agency briefs and finalize assets.

Lead co‑brand strategy and manage relationships with co‑brand partners, including forecast accuracy and contract negotiations.

Perform day‑to‑day management of budget, invoices, market analysis, and trend research.

IDEAL EXPERIENCE

Bachelor’s degree required; MBA a plus.

3‑5 years in brand marketing, preferably in CPG.

Strong analytical and digital/e‑commerce skills.

Demonstrated delivery of business results.

Project management and leadership experience.

Experience working with agencies, media partners and different customer channels.

Ability to operate in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment and provide innovative team‑based solutions.

Excellent verbal and written communication in a simple, compelling manner.

Strategic thinking from a brand and portfolio perspective.

Pay
The pay range for this position is $88,600 to $133,000.

Bonus
This position is bonus eligible.
