Cove is one of the fastest growing online Men’s apparel brands in the United States right now, and we’re looking to grow our team. We’re known for our unique graphics, bold prints, and a loyal cult following that genuinely loves what we make. We’re not a corporate brand — we’re a tight-knit, high-energy team that moves fast, creates constantly, and is scaling hard.
We have a world-class team of marketers, product developers, graphic designers, and artists — and now we need someone who can match our creative energy on camera and behind the lens.
The Problem We’re Solving

Our content needs are outpacing our team’s bandwidth. We need a senior-level photo and video creator who can plug in immediately, work on-site regularly, and help us produce the volume and quality of content required to keep scaling. The job is dynamic — some days you’re at the warehouse, some days at the beach, some days on the road with the team shooting in another state. If you thrive in fast-paced, ever-changing creative environments, this is your seat.
What You’ll Own

Lead and produce end-to-end photo shoots: model selection, studio or location sourcing, shot lists, and final delivery
Shoot and edit high-quality product, lifestyle, and campaign imagery for e-commerce and paid media
Capture and edit short-form video content daily for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and Facebook
Create and post daily IG and Facebook Stories to keep our community engaged
Shoot and post TikToks that are native, high-retention, and on-trend
Understand and apply core video marketing fundamentals: hooks, retention tactics, and CTAs
Assist with and take ownership of model shoots, product shoots, and everything in between
Help define and evolve our brand’s visual identity across all content channels
Bring your own creative ideas to the table alongside taking direction from the team
Who You Are

8+ years of professional photo and video content creation experience — fashion and lifestyle a must
Has worked with YouTubers, large apparel brands, personalities, or celebrities
Has managed or created content for social media accounts in excess of 100k followers
Has a portfolio with both long and short-form videos that have crossed 100k views
Confident on camera with great presence — you can be the talent when needed
Expert-level skills in Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, Premiere Pro, and related tools
Deep understanding of what makes content stop the scroll and convert
Strong storytelling instincts — you know how to build a narrative in 15 seconds or 15 minutes
Has experience running or assisting with full production shoots including model direction, lighting, and on-set management
Lives in or near Orange County, CA — in-person warehouse and studio presence is required

$85,000 – $90,000 annually + performance-based compensation potential
