This role is all about supporting customers and keeping orders moving smoothly from forecast to delivery. If you enjoy working cross-functionally, staying organized, and being the go-to person for customers, this could be a great fit.
Important:

What You’ll Be Doing
Order Management & Forecasting
Manage monthly customer forecasts using Excel and update data in QAD (ERP system)
Communicate forecast changes to internal teams and ensure everyone is aligned
Enter and manage purchase orders, ensuring accuracy in pricing, revisions, and delivery dates
Cross-check purchase orders against forecasts and flag any discrepancies early
Support revenue planning and maintain strong communication with customers
Customer & Production Support
Participate in weekly internal production meetings to track output and identify potential risks
Communicate delays, changes, or issues to customers in a timely and professional way
Attend regular customer meetings focused on production updates and quality discussions
Provide updates on inventory levels and production status to internal teams
Reporting & Coordination
Maintain and update reports such as open orders and shipment estimates
Coordinate artwork changes and ensure alignment across departments
Assist with resolving invoicing and finance-related issues
Prepare and distribute weekly production and project updates
Create PowerPoint presentations for both internal and customer-facing meetings
What We’re Looking For
2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role (customer service, account management, or similar)
Experience working with ERP/MRP systems (QAD experience is a plus, but not required)
Strong understanding of the order fulfillment or supply chain process
Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
Excellent written communication skills and ability to manage demanding customers professionally
Comfortable working with and communicating across all levels of an organization
Highly detail-oriented with the ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Why This Role?
This role sits at the center of operations, working closely with leadership across Operations, Logistics, Quality, and Accounting. It’s a great opportunity for someone who enjoys being a key point of contact, solving problems, and keeping things running smoothly for both customers and internal teams.
