Job Overview
Coordinates the development of advertising and marketing communications materials using creative design and writing services to effectively represent products, services, and brands to customers and prospects. Applies various communication strategies to create a positive impression, raise awareness, and encourage engagement from target audiences. Develops and coordinates multimedia packages, including brochures, videos, and point‑of‑purchase displays, while leveraging sponsorships, events, and sales promotions to create a strong, customer‑first experience. Maximizes the impact of advertising campaigns by optimizing customer touchpoint strategies across diverse media to build deeper, more meaningful relationships with customers beyond traditional paid media. Identifies target audiences and analyzes their characteristics and media habits to determine the best communication methods. Designs media plans aligned with company objectives and evaluates the effectiveness of campaigns and media investments to ensure successful brand positioning and sustainable business growth.

Your Tasks and Responsibilities

Develop and execute integrated marketing communication strategies that deliver a consistent, compelling experience across all customer touchpoints;

Create scalable approaches that enable personalized engagement across local markets and segments;

Partner with cross‑functional teams to translate customer‑centric strategy into clear, actionable marketing plans and programs;

Support field teams and partners with tools, messaging, and resources that enable effective, relationship‑based customer engagement;

Build and manage always‑on communication channels (such as CRM, email, and text) to deliver timely, relevant, and insight‑driven messaging;

Increase focus on direct customer engagement while optimizing the role of paid media within the broader communication mix;

Use data and insights to continuously improve personalization, relevance, and performance across communications;

Set priorities and lead the development of annual and ongoing marketing plans in close collaboration with marketing, customer experience, product, and sales teams;

Coordinate key marketing communication activities, including digital, content, and field communications, to ensure aligned execution;

Manage relationships with external agencies and partners, overseeing budgets and allocating resources to maximize impact and efficiency;

Ensure marketing investments align with business priorities and deliver measurable results in customer engagement and demand generation;

Define and track key performance metrics, partner with analytics teams to generate insights, and lead post‑campaign evaluations to optimize future strategies.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field;

Experience leading integrated marketing programs and working effectively across cross‑functional teams;

Strong understanding of customer engagement, digital channels, and experience‑driven marketing;

Ability to translate strategy into practical, results‑driven execution that strengthens customer loyalty and demand generation;

Strong analytical mindset with the ability to use data and insights to inform decisions and optimize performance;

Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder‑management skills, with the ability to influence across diverse teams and levels.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in agriculture or B2B/distribution environments;

3–4+ years of experience in marketing, communications, or brand strategy;

Proven track record driving measurable improvements in customer engagement, loyalty, and demand generation through targeted, high‑impact marketing approaches.

Compensation and Benefits
Employees can expect a salary between $108,080 and $162,120. Additional compensation may include a bonus or commission (if relevant). Additional benefits include health care, vision, dental, retirement, PTO, sick leave, etc. This salary range is an estimate and may vary based on location, market data, skills, and experience.
