VP of Marketing

Amarr, a part of ASSA ABLOY – the global leader in opening solutions, is seeking a dynamic and strategic Vice President of Marketing to lead our organization's growth, elevate our brand, and drive measurable revenue impact. Reporting directly to the President, this executive leader will shape and execute a modern, data-driven marketing strategy that fuels pipeline growth, strengthens customer engagement, and positions the company as a leader in its category. This is a high-impact "player-coach" role—perfect for a hands-on marketing leader who thrives in both strategic planning and execution, while developing high-performing teams.
What You'll Do
Drive Growth & Marketing Strategy
Develop and execute a comprehensive go-to-market (GTM) strategy to accelerate revenue and market share
Build a predictable, scalable demand generation engine supporting complex B2B sales cycles
Lead customer lifecycle marketing, including segmentation, journey mapping, and retention strategies
Translate customer insights into actionable strategies that improve engagement and loyalty
Lead Demand Generation & Revenue Impact
Oversee multi-channel demand generation and Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategies
Own marketing-sourced and influenced pipeline performance across the full funnel
Partner with Revenue Operations to optimize conversion, attribution, and funnel performance
Shape Brand & Product Marketing
Define and evolve brand positioning, messaging, and value proposition
Lead product marketing to support new launches, innovation, and adoption
Drive upsell and cross-sell strategies through strong product alignment
Enable Sales Success
Deliver impactful sales enablement tools including thought leadership, ROI models, and case studies
Strengthen alignment between Marketing and Sales on lead quality, targeting, and follow-up
Enhance Digital Presence & Market Visibility
Oversee digital strategy including website performance, SEO, PPC, and emerging AI channels
Lead events, trade shows, webinars, and industry engagement to expand brand reach
Champion Customer Insights
Own Voice of Customer programs (NPS, surveys, advisory councils)
Turn insights into improvements in product, service, and experience delivery
Build & Lead a High-Performing Team
Develop and mentor a multidisciplinary marketing team
Manage budget and optimize investments across media, tools, and talent
Modernize the marketing tech stack, leveraging automation and AI capabilities
What You Bring
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
10–15+ years of progressive marketing experience, including 5+ years in senior leadership
Proven success driving demand generation, revenue growth, and enterprise sales support
Strong expertise with CRM and marketing automation platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Marketo, 6sense, Google Analytics)
Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and decision-making skills
Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and build high-performing teams
Experience with customer lifecycle marketing, loyalty programs, and customer-centric strategy
The ability to moderately travel, including internationally
