Join a healthcare organization in Salinas, CA seeking an Epic Ancillary Application Manager to lead support, optimization, and implementation efforts across critical Epic ancillary applications. This onsite leadership role oversees application strategy, operational alignment, and technical delivery for Cupid, OpTime, Radiant, Anesthesia, and Lumens while partnering with clinical and operational stakeholders to enhance patient care workflows. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Epic leader to drive meaningful change across cardiology, surgical services, radiology, anesthesia, and procedural departments. You'll play a key role in shaping application strategy, mentoring analyst teams, and leading optimization initiatives that directly impact clinical efficiency and operational excellence.

Required Skills & Experience
Epic Certified in one or more of the following: Cupid, OpTime, Radiant, Anesthesia, or Lumens
Epic Application Manager, Team Lead, or similar leadership experience
Experience leading Epic analysts and application support teams
Strong understanding of Epic build, testing, validation, and optimization processes
Experience supporting Epic upgrades and enhancement initiatives
Knowledge of perioperative, imaging, cardiology, anesthesia, or procedural workflows
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
Experience managing application priorities, issue resolution, and project delivery
Desired Skills & Experience
Multiple Epic ancillary application certifications
Experience leading large-scale Epic implementations
Healthcare provider or hospital system experience
Process improvement and workflow optimization experience
Strong operational and strategic planning background
Experience collaborating with executive and clinical leadership teams
