Senior Producer

Ready for the next step in your experiential marketing career?

Activate is looking for a Senior Producer who has mastered event execution and is ready to take on greater ownership, leadership, and client responsibility.

This is not a traditional producer role.

We're looking for someone who wants to grow into a leadership position: leading client relationships, mentoring team members, overseeing major programs, and helping shape the future of our Production team.

You'll work alongside some of the industry's most talented producers, creatives, and builders to bring live events, mobile tours, PR kits, product launches, and brand experiences to life for some of the world's most recognizable brands.

What You'll Do

Lead the production and execution of experiential marketing programs from kickoff through final recap

Serve as a trusted partner to clients and internal stakeholders

Mentor and support Producers, Associate Producers, and Coordinators

Help solve complex logistical and operational challenges

Guide budgets, timelines, vendors, and cross-functional teams

Contribute strategic thinking and creative problem-solving throughout the project lifecycle

Take increasing ownership of client relationships and team leadership

What We're Looking For

Significant experience producing experiential marketing programs, live events, tours, activations, or large-scale brand experiences

Strong understanding of production, logistics, budgeting, and event operations

Natural leadership abilities and a desire to mentor others

Excellent communication and client management skills

Ability to stay calm, organized, and solution-focused under pressure

A builder's mindset—someone who enjoys rolling up their sleeves when the situation calls for it
