Job Role and Responsibilities

  • Participate in requirements gathering with stakeholders across business units and assist in validating specifications to ensure alignment with business objectives and ERP capabilities
  • Contribute to solution architecture design by assisting in customizing modules and features of ERP package, based on detailed business requirements
  • Develop and integrate new features into existing applications, conduct code reviews and maintain the codebase for stability and compliance
  • Participate in system integration efforts by configuring interfaces, executing ETL processes, and ensuring consistent data flow between ERP and other applications
  • Assess ERP system performance to identify enhancement opportunities and to ensure that ERP customizations are in compliance with security measures and regulatory standards
  • Develop comprehensive documentation for ERP customizations and deliver user training to facilitate effective knowledge transfer

Your Contribution to the Team

  • Knowledge of ERP systems and integration techniques, along with sector focus
  • The ability to handle end‑to‑end ERP package customization and implementation
  • A knack for translating complex requirements into actionable development tasks
  • A passion for design and hands‑on coding experience
  • A collaborative spirit and excellent communication skills with cross‑functional teams and client stakeholders

Required Skills and Experience

  • Experience in Dynamics CRM (Sales)
  • Dynamics 365 Technical with hands‑on complex customizations and configurations and integrations
  • Well‑versed in plugins, workflows, .Net, JavaScript and Portals
  • Good knowledge of Dynamics 365 and coding best practices
  • Includes design specifications, programming, problem diagnosis, debugging, testing, modification, and assurance of technical requirements per established industry practices and Customer’s Development Management Methodology (DMM)

Preferred Skills and Experience

  • Microsoft certifications with Dataverse experience
  • Azure integration experience (Logic Apps, Functions, Service Bus, API Management)
  • Proven enterprise‑scale D365 & Power Platform architecture design experience
  • Advanced Power Platform ALM & CI/CD using Azure DevOps or GitHub
  • Experience in complex integrations with third‑party and line‑of‑business systems
  • Hands‑on experience with Power Pages, PCF controls, and advanced Canvas Apps
  • Experience handling data migration, performance tuning, and large Dataverse volumes

Additional Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
