Are you an experienced life sciences professional with a strong background in project management, client engagement, and medical writing or regulatory services delivery? Do you enjoy leading complex programs, building trusted client relationships, and identifying opportunities to grow strategic partnerships?

Aroga Biosciences is seeking a Director, Client Solutions to serve as a key leader responsible for managing client engagements from initiation through successful delivery while fostering long-term client relationships and supporting business growth. This role combines project leadership, client account management, and business development within our medical writing and regulatory services practice.

The ideal candidate has built a successful career managing complex projects and programs within a CRO, consulting, or life sciences services environment and is skilled at balancing operational excellence with a client-focused, growth-oriented mindset. You will serve as a trusted advisor to clients, ensuring high-quality delivery of services while proactively identifying opportunities to expand partnerships, address emerging client needs, and contribute to new business development activities.

What You’ll Do

  • Oversee successful delivery of medical writing and regulatory service engagements and ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget
  • Serve as the strategic relationship lead for key biopharma clients
  • Partner closely with Medical Writing, Regulatory Operations, and Quality teams to ensure exceptional client outcomes
  • Build trusted client relationships that drive long‑term partnerships and repeat business
  • Participate in proposals, solution development, scope discussions, and client presentations
  • Lead business reviews, issue resolution, and executive‑level client communications
  • Identify opportunities to expand existing accounts and support new business development efforts
  • Mentor team members and help strengthen client delivery processes

What You Bring

  • 8+ years of progressive experience in project management and client delivery in the life sciences industry
  • 3 years' experience in account management or business development
  • PMP certification is a plus
  • A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Life Sciences, Healthcare, Communications, or related field
  • Strong experience in a CRO, regulatory services firm, or biopharma services environment
  • Demonstrated success managing complex client engagements and cross‑functional delivery teams
  • Proven ability to build trusted client relationships that lead to growth opportunities
  • Commercial and business development acumen
  • Strong executive communication, problem‑solving, and relationship management skills
  • Experience leading or mentoring professional teams
  • Expert SmartSheet skills

The anticipated base salary range for this position is $125,000–$170,000 annually. Actual compensation and position/title will be determined based on experience, qualifications, internal equity, and business needs.
