TelevisaUnivision is the leading media company serving Hispanic America. Our powerhouse portfolio across Television, Radio, and Digital platforms delivers an exclusive, highly engaged audience—representing one of the most significant and underleveraged growth opportunities for brands today. The Enterprise team is seeking a Vice President, Client Partnerships to drive strategic growth focused on unlocking new revenue streams, penetrating competitive accounts, and capturing net‑new advertising investment. This senior executive will partner closely with leading brands to unlock incremental investment by delivering insight‑led, multi‑platform solutions that align to client business priorities.

Core Responsibilities

  • Drive revenue growth by activating and converting zero‑share clients into active revenue partnerships.
  • Displace competitors and capture incremental share from entrenched media partners.
  • Build, manage, and continuously advance a high‑quality, active pipeline of prospects.
  • Identify whitespace opportunities and convert them into active partnerships.
  • Build and maintain direct relationships with senior client stakeholders (CMOs, CGOs, SVPs, VPs).
  • Position TelevisaUnivision as a strategic partner, not just a media vendor.
  • Lead high‑impact client conversations grounded in market trends, consumer insights, and business outcomes.
  • Leverage deep sales knowledge to create relevant, forward‑looking go‑to‑market strategies.
  • Apply Hispanic consumer insights and proprietary research to build compelling business cases.
  • Translate data into clear, persuasive narratives that unlock investment and drive decision‑making.
  • Design customized, cross‑platform marketing solutions aligned to client objectives.
  • Partner with internal Sales, Strategy, and Research teams to deliver integrated proposals.
  • Ensure all solutions are supported by measurable ROI frameworks and performance expectations.
  • Prospect and cultivate a robust pipeline of new business opportunities.
  • Continuously refine targeting strategies based on market intelligence and performance insights.
  • Partner seamlessly with internal stakeholders to bring solutions to market.
  • Align cross‑functional teams around client strategies, priorities, and execution plans.
  • Ensure smooth handoff and stewardship of active campaigns to drive renewals and long‑term success.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • 8+ years of experience in media, advertising, or client‑facing partnership roles.
  • Strong background in multi‑platform media (Digital, Streaming/OTT, Linear, Audio, Social).
  • Proven experience managing and growing senior‑level client relationships.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence and engage executive stakeholders.
  • Experience developing and executing integrated marketing strategies.
  • Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and communication skills.

Preferred Experience

  • Deep understanding of the U.S. Hispanic audience and multicultural marketing.
  • Experience working with large enterprise‑level advertisers.
  • Knowledge of data‑driven marketing, advanced TV, and programmatic ecosystems.
  • Track record of driving revenue growth through account expansion (not solely new business acquisition).

Benefits

TelevisaUnivision offers a wide selection of perks and benefits including PTO; tuition reimbursement; wellness and employee support programs; 401(k); life and other insurance plans. A comprehensive and competitive health benefits package features medical, dental, and vision coverage options.
