Overview
Seeking a Customer Marketing Lead to support the Creative Professionals (CPro) segment within Adobe's Global Marketing Organization. This engagement will provide leave‑of‑absence coverage for a key Customer Marketing Manager and will focus heavily on organic acquisition, SEO strategy, content optimization, and emerging AI/LLM discovery channels.
The selected consultant will partner closely with Product Marketing, Content, Web, Analytics, and agency partners to maintain and advance critical acquisition programs during the engagement.
Job Description
- Own organic acquisition strategy for the Creative Professionals segment across SEO, content marketing, and LLM optimization
- Conduct keyword, topic, and search intent research to identify high‑value organic growth opportunities
- Develop and optimize content experiences and landing pages to improve organic visibility and conversion performance
- Drive technical SEO and on‑page optimization initiatives
- Build and execute strategies to improve Adobe visibility within AI‑generated answers, search assistants, and LLM‑driven discovery experiences
- Establish measurement frameworks for organic acquisition performance
- Define baselines, KPIs, targets, and reporting for organic‑sourced signups and business impact
- Design and execute structured experiments to validate acquisition strategies and channel effectiveness
- Partner cross‑functionally with Content, Web, Product Marketing, Analytics, and external agencies
- Create documentation and repeatable processes to support long‑term program continuity
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in SEO, organic growth, content marketing, acquisition marketing, or related disciplines
- Proven track record driving measurable organic acquisition results tied to business outcomes
- Strong technical SEO expertise including content optimization, keyword strategy, and search performance analysis
- Experience understanding how AI and LLM platforms surface, rank, and cite content
- Advanced analytical skills with experience measuring acquisition funnels and experiment performance
- Ability to independently develop strategy and execute initiatives with minimal oversight
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
Compensation
- Pay Rate: Up to $53.87/hour
