Job Description
Ace Handyman Services – South Miami Dade, a division of ACE Hardware Corporation, is looking for a Multi-skilled Craftsman / Handyman. We are one of Miami’s top-rated handyman, repair, and remodeling companies, providing quality craftsmanship for all repair, maintenance, and remodeling projects for homes and businesses throughout Miami.
We operate a service‑based company where projects are estimated on a time‑and‑materials basis over the phone by our Office Team. We schedule jobs for you, and you provide the quality craftsmanship and customer service our clients expect.
Full‑time schedule: Monday‑Friday, 8 am‑5 pm. Year‑round work. W2 positions with excellent benefits and performance bonuses. Potential income ranges from $50,000 to $60,000 per year.
Job Requirements
We are looking for a Craftsman / Handyman with a strong work ethic, professional appearance, and an overall knowledge of all trades—from carpentry, tiling, painting, and drywalling to light plumbing and electrical. Excellent customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills are essential.
- Successful track record with estimation skills and prior home inspection experience preferred
- Ability to perform minor electrical and plumbing work
- Independent thinker with outstanding communication skills
- Customer service oriented, punctual, courteous, and a good listener
- Strong positive work ethic and a can‑do attitude
- Consistent high quality of work
- Willingness to continue learning and to be an integral part of a winning team
- Own standard set of tools to perform the above trades
- Own truck or van
- Current and valid driver’s license

Compensation
$50,000.00 – $60,000.00 per year.
