Key Responsibilities

Lead Strategic Media Relations

Develop and execute media engagement strategies that strengthen the organization’s reputation as an innovator in digital transformation, artificial intelligence, cloud technologies, and other emerging areas.

Cultivate Media Partnerships

Build and maintain strong relationships with journalists, editors, producers, analysts, and influencers across business, technology, and industry-focused publications.

Develop Impactful Stories

Partner with business leaders, subject matter experts, and marketing teams to translate complex technical topics into compelling narratives that generate meaningful media coverage and industry recognition.

Support Executive Visibility

Prepare senior leaders for media interviews, speaking engagements, and public appearances through strategic coaching, messaging guidance, and media training.

Advance Thought Leadership

Secure high-value opportunities for executives, including interviews, contributed articles, speaking engagements, and other thought leadership placements.

Provide Communications Counsel

Serve as a trusted advisor during major announcements, sensitive situations, and high-profile events, offering strategic communications guidance and media support.

Measure Success

Monitor media coverage, evaluate campaign performance, and provide actionable insights to continuously improve communications effectiveness and storytelling impact.

Qualification

sExperienc

  • e13–15 years of experience in media relations, public relations, journalism, or corporate communications
  • .Experience supporting B2B technology, professional services, consulting, or related industries is preferred

.Industry Knowledg

  • eStrong understanding of enterprise technology trends, including AI, automation, cloud computing, cybersecurity, data analytics, and digital transformation
  • .Ability to connect technical innovation with broader business outcomes and market opportunities

.Media Expertis

  • eEstablished network of relationships with influential business, technology, and trade media contacts
  • .Demonstrated success securing top-tier media coverage and executive thought leadership opportunities

.Communication Skill

  • sExceptional writing, editing, storytelling, and messaging abilities
  • .Skilled at crafting clear, compelling narratives that resonate with business and industry audiences

.Strategic Thinkin

  • gProven ability to navigate complex communications challenges, think critically, and influence senior stakeholders
  • .Comfortable advising executives and managing high-visibility communications initiatives

  • nExperience working effectively within global, cross-functional, and matrixed organizations

  • sProficiency with media monitoring, measurement, and analytics platforms such as Cision, Meltwater, or similar tools
