Responsibilities
- Oversee the maintenance of electrical and mechanical systems, equipment, physical plant, utilities, and grounds to ensure a safe and comfortable environment for our residents and staff
- Develop and implement preventative maintenance programs to minimize downtime and extend the life of equipment and facilities
- Conduct regular inspections to identify and address potential issues before they become major problems
- Collaborate with other department managers to ensure that our facility is maintained to the highest standards
- Develop and manage budgets for maintenance and repair activities
- Ensure compliance with all applicable policies and regulations, including those related to safety, environmental sustainability, and accessibility
