  • Own gross profit growth across a NYC / Northern NJ territory by driving new customer acquisition and expanding existing accounts
  • Run full-cycle sales: prospect, demo, negotiate, close, and grow SaaS + eCommerce adoption
  • Build pipeline through field activity (on-site visits, events, outreach) and convert net-new biotech lab customers
  • Strengthen relationships with scientists, lab managers, and procurement to increase share of wallet
  • Use data (Salesforce, Looker) to identify expansion opportunities and optimize customer spend
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Supply, Product, and Customer Success to drive territory performance
  • Field-based role requiring regular in-person meetings across NYC/NJ/Philadelphia biotech hubs
