Job Overview
The Engagement Manager is responsible for end‑to‑end delivery of a single project or workstream, ensuring execution within agreed scope, schedule, cost, and quality. The role focuses on operational excellence, stakeholder coordination, and adherence to defined delivery and governance processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage complete project lifecycle from initiation to closure
- Prepare and maintain project plans, schedules, and delivery milestones
- Track and report status, risks, issues, dependencies, and action items
- Ensure adherence to contract scope, SLAs, and delivery commitments
- Coordinate with cross‑functional teams (Development, QA, Infra, Business)
- Monitor project effort, productivity, and utilization against plan
- Facilitate client communication, reviews, and status meetings
- Ensure compliance with organizational processes, audits, and quality standards
- Escalate risks and issues proactively to senior management when required
Financial Responsibilities
- Manage project‑level delivery decisions within approved scope
- Support effort tracking and basic cost monitoring
- No direct PL ownership input provided to senior project program leadership
Required Skills & Experience
- 12–15 years of experience in project management delivery roles
- Experience managing small to midsize projects or modules
- Working knowledge of Agile and Waterfall delivery methodologies
- Strong coordination, communication, and problem‑solving skills
- Hands‑on experience with tools such as JIRA, MS Project, Confluence, and Excel
- Stakeholder interaction with internal delivery teams and managers, client project stakeholders at operational level, and support functions (PMO, Finance, Quality, HR)
Salary & Compensation
The salary range for this position is $120,000–$150,000 annually. Variable compensation: This position includes a bonus or variable payout component based on individual and organizational performance. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, performance, and internal equity.
