Responsibilities

Complete multi-layered training to develop product and selling expertise

Present and educate customers on fit, construction, and style of ready-to-wear and custom products

Practice professional salesmanship to achieve personal and store sales metrics

Build client relationships and increase loyalty through personalized service

Ensure merchandise is attractively displayed according to visual guidelines

Maintain store standards and perform operational duties as required

Requirements

Previous experience in sales, hospitality, and/or customer service

Genuine interest in fashion and styling

Professional verbal and written communication skills

Able to perform successfully in a team-based culture

Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
