The Manager, International Fuel is responsible for managing the company’s daily international operations (customer orders, price updates, quotes, and releases). The Manager, International Fuel assists the Director, Operations & Service with maintaining a strong relationship with the Flexjet International Ops, Flexjet UK/Malta/Ireland and Sirio teams (Closed Fleet) through regular meetings and joint projects. The Manager, International Fuel, will also occasionally assist the Manager, Operations & Service, with domestic needs as time permits.

Duties And Responsibilities

Ensures that international prices are updated on a timely basis and notices are sent to customers on schedule.

Manages all Closed Fleet international scheduling in CAPRA & maintains open dialogue with Closed Fleet dispatch on scheduling changes.

Maintain strong relationships with international vendors and provide feedback on pricing/service discrepancies.

Secures fuel releases for all international flights.

Monitors international NOTAMS and coordinates with Closed Fleet Operations as necessary.

Reports Closed Fleet contract deviations on a weekly basis.

Updates preferred handlers/FBOs/Suppliers/Contract information in CAPRA.

Maintains CAPRA mapping for all international related data.

Works with Sales & Marketing to ensure customer needs are being met.

Prioritizes and resolves time sensitive situations keeping safety and the customer’s best interest in mind.

Communicate with customers, Sales & Marketing and Finance to resolve pricing discrepancies.

Maintains International Fuel SOP in conjunction with Director, Operations & Service and implements process changes to improve efficiency.

Occasionally assist Manager, Operations & Service with domestic needs.

Interface with Sales Team as part of the Large Cabin Concierge program.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in aviation, logistics, business management, or equivalent experience.

3 years of related experience in fuel operations.

Proficiency in multiple languages is preferred.
