The Role

We are looking for a Senior Art Director who is energized by the challenge of makingseniorliving feel real, vivid, and attainable. You are a visual storyteller who leads with creative vision and follows through with craft. You understand that the best creative in this space looks like a life well lived, beautifully expressed.
You will lead creative concepting and execution across the full channel mix for a portfolio of senior living clients. Fromsupportingbrand strategy and campaign development to webdesign,andprint production. You bring both the vision to set a creative direction and the technical range to execute across print and digital with equal confidence.
This is a senior role. You think in systems, lead creative culture, and hold the bar highfor your own work and for everyone around you.
WhatYou’llDo

Lead concepting and art direction for brand identities, campaign creative, and collateral systems that capture active, aspirational lifestyles
Develop visual storytelling strategies that position senior living communities as vibrant, desirable destinationsandnot just a practical decision
Translate strategic positioning into creative that feels alive: energetic photography direction, bold typography, rich color, and design that reflects how peoplewantto live
Present creative vision and rationale to internal teams and clients, connecting every visual decision to marketingobjectivesand the prospect journey
Maintain and evolve brand standards across print, digital, social, environmental, and experiential touchpoints
Design Execution

Design and produce high-quality assets across the full channel mix: brand identity systems, brochures, sales kits, direct mail, digital ad campaigns, social content, email templates, web, video graphics, presentation decks, signage, and more
Bring the same creative ambition and craft to every medium.Aprint brochure and a digital campaign should feel like they come from the same inspired place
Familiar withFigma components, design systems, and collaborative files that scale across campaigns and keep creative consistent without going stale
Oversee print production from concept through delivery. Preflight, vendor management, color accuracy, and finished-piece quality
Collaboration and Oversight

Partner withdigitalteamtoensure design and messaging work as one. Not as two separate tracks
Provide art direction and constructive feedback on work produced by junior designers and external creative partners
Contribute to creative briefs, campaign timelines, and production planning to move projects forward without losing quality
Participate in client brand discovery sessions and strategy conversations when creative direction is being established
WhatWe’reLooking For

Experience

6+ years of art direction and design experience, with at least 2 years in a senior or lead creative role
A portfolio that shows genuine breadthinbrand identity, campaign creative, print collateral, digital design, social, environmental, and more.Work thatdemonstratescreative range and ambition across every medium, not just one or two channels
Proven ability to concept and art direct across the full channel mix simultaneously,maintaininga cohesive creative vision from print to digital to experiential
Experience in senior living, active adult, hospitality, lifestyle, healthcare, oranotherpeople-centered industry is a strong plus. Apassion for aspirational storytelling matters more
Technical Skills

Advanced working knowledge of Figma, includingcomponentlibraries, auto layout, and team collaboration features
Deep understanding of print production: bleeds, color modes, file prep, vendor communication, and press ready output
Strong working knowledge of digital production standards across web, social, display, video, and email.You understand the specs, constraints, and creative possibilities of each medium
Familiarity with web design and CMS tools (Webflowor similar) is a plus, but not a requirement
