Working remotely on a full-time basis, the Remote Customer Solutions Specialist will utilize critical thinking and multiple software tools to assist customers with their accounts, solve problems, and communicate effective solutions while maintaining a positive team-oriented environment.
Key responsibilities

Analyze customer situations and provide strategic solutions while ensuring up-to-date information about order statuses
Partner with various departments to support customer needs and approach escalated situations with care and tact
Provide friendly and efficient solutions through phone, live chat, and email to enhance customer experience and loyalty

Required qualifications

Proficiency with Office 365 and Windows system/internet navigation
Typing speed of at least 40 words per minute
Consistent internet speeds of 75mbps download and 10mbps upload
Legal residency in one of the specified states
No degree required, but relevant skills and experience are valued
