Remote Customer Solutions Specialist

Alorica Inc. is hiring a full-time Remote Customer Solutions Representative to assist customers with wireless and telecom services from home.
You will handle inquiries, resolve issues, and guide customers toward solutions while maintaining a high level of service. You will respond to inbound calls about plans, upgrades, and billing; troubleshoot mobile devices and networking; and act as a customer advocate to de-escalate situations and spot sales opportunities.
