Wildflower Therapy Services, LLC is a woman and therapist-owned company located in Las Vegas, Nevada. We provide school-based therapy services in Nevada, Washington, and Texas.
We are currently looking to hire a part-time in-person TVI Specialist for the school year in Tukwila, Washington. This is a small school district where we have several OTs, SLPs, and a TVI specialist placed and have a great relationship with the leadership team.
Responsibilities
- Deliver individualized and group instruction to students with visual impairments, following each student's IEP or 504 Plan
- Develop and implement learning materials in accessible formats, utilizing Braille and adaptive technologies as needed
- Maintain accurate records of student progress, service minutes, and required documentation for compliance
- Collaborate with classroom teachers, special education teams, and families to support inclusive educational environments
- Conduct assessments, contribute to IEP meetings, and provide expertise on accessibility and accommodations
Requirements
- Must have a Master’s degree.
- Must have or be willing to be licensed in the state of Washington.
- Must be available during school hours.
