POSITION PURPOSE:

Bluebird Fiber is seeking a dynamic, hands-on Director of Marketing to lead and elevate our brand, drive demand generation, and serve as a strategic partner to our Sales, Executive, and HR teams. This role requires a unique blend of modern digital marketing expertise and traditional marketing leadership. The ideal candidate is equally comfortable building lead-generation strategies, managing agency partners, executing impactful customer events and trade shows, and strengthening our internal culture through branding and employee engagement initiatives. This leader will be the steward of the Bluebird Fiber brand, ensuring our story is consistently and effectively communicated to customers, employees, partners, and the marketplace. The Director of Marketing will work closely with the CEO, who views marketing as a critical driver of the company's growth, reputation, and long-term success.

Requirements

Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
10+ years of progressive marketing experience, including leadership responsibilities.
Proven success in B2B marketing, demand generation, and sales enablement.
Strong understanding of digital marketing, lead generation, CRM systems, marketing automation, and analytics.
Experience planning and executing trade shows, customer events, and corporate events.
Demonstrated ability to manage agencies, vendors, budgets, and cross-functional initiatives.
