Business Development / Territory Manager / Marketing Representative

(Remote - TN or AL, with travel)

We are looking for a Marketing Representative / Territory Manager to develop and strengthen relationships with independent insurance agencies in Tennessee or Alabama .

What You'll Do:

Conduct in-person agency visits and Zoom meetings to develop new business.
Promote and market Personal Lines, Commercial Lines, and Professional Lines products.
Build relationships with independent agents and foster long-term partnerships.
Attend networking events and industry conventions to increase brand awareness.
Collaborate with internal teams to deliver exceptional service and solutions.
What We're Looking For:

✓ 2-5 years of marketing, business development, or field sales experience in insurance (preferred, but not required) .
✓ Experience working with independent insurance agencies is a plus.
✓ Self-motivated, outgoing, and strong communication skills -a "marketing personality" is key!
✓ Ability to travel regularly within TN or AL
✓ Open to new grads who are eager to learn and thrive in a sales/marketing role.
