Humana’s Marketing Regulatory and Operational Communications (MROC) organization is seeking a Senior Production Professional, OpenText Dialogue Developer to join the team. At Humana, we are committed to delivering timely, accurate, and compliant communications that support our members’ healthcare journeys. As an OpenText Dialogue Developer on the Communication Delivery and Execution team, you will play a key role in composing and executing regulated communications for Medicare and Medicaid audiences. This position emphasizes operational excellence, regulatory compliance, and personalized member engagement.

Key Role Functions

Compose and configure operational and regulatory communications using approved templates and content within designated platforms

Execute communications across multiple channels (print and digital) with a focus on accuracy, compliance, and timeliness

Develop and deploy personalized, dynamic communications using OpenText Communications (Thin Client)

Collaborate with strategy teams and business partners to interpret requirements and translate them into template development

Troubleshoot implementation challenges and provide guidance on composition and development processes

Perform unit testing to ensure requirements are met and data is accurately rendered in communications

Conduct defect analysis, identify root causes, and implement appropriate resolutions

Maintain documentation, version control, and audit trails for all communication builds and updates

Participate in quality assurance reviews and contribute to process improvements that enhance efficiency and accuracy

Serve as a subject matter expert in OpenText Communications and promote scalable best practices

Required Qualifications

7+ years of hands‑on experience with dynamic document creation using OpenText Communications or similar Customer Communication Management tools

Strong knowledge of document composition, including layouts, style sheets, variables, repeating data tables, and document flow

Experience with logical coding concepts (e.g., IF/THEN/ELSE, loops)

Understanding of driver file mapping and variable mapping for logic and document creation

Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, track progress, and meet deadlines

Experience with defect analysis, root cause identification, and resolution

Ability to work both independently and collaboratively across cross‑functional teams

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in communications, Marketing, Information Systems, or a related field

Experience with Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, and Acrobat

Experience with SmartCommunications

Background in heavily regulated industries (e.g., healthcare or financial services)

Knowledge of CMS Medicare, and Medicaid requirements

Experience with marketing operations, fulfillment processes, and Agile methodologies

Additional Information
This role is 100% remote anywhere in the US but will primarily operate on Eastern Standard Time business hours.

At minimum, a download speed of 25 Mbps and an upload speed of 10 Mbps is recommended; wireless, wired cable or DSL connection is suggested

Satellite, cellular and microwave connection can be used only if approved by leadership

Employees who live and work from Home in the state of California, Illinois, Montana, or South Dakota will be provided a bi‑weekly payment for their internet expense.

Humana will provide Home or Hybrid Home/Office employees with telephone equipment appropriate to meet the business requirements for their position/job.

Pay Range
The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc.

$78,400 - $107,800 per year

This job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan. This incentive opportunity is based upon company and/or individual performance.
