R115256**Do you enjoy building solid internal and external relationships resulting in growth?****Do you enjoy collaborating cross-functionally to deliver on common goals?****Purpose of Role**As a State Net Client Manager you are responsible for managing, protecting, and growing revenue through the sale of additional State Net products and services to an existing customer within an assigned territory or portfolio of accounts. The role focuses on building trusted customer relationships, identifying growth opportunities, delivering value-based solutions, and driving customer success through a deep understanding of client needs, market trends, and State Net offerings.The Client Manager serves as the primary point of contact for assigned customers, owning the overall health of customer relationships while partnering cross-functionally with internal teams to deliver solutions that support customer goals and business growth.**Key Responsibilities**Manage and grow revenue within an assigned territory or portfolio of customer accounts by achieving or exceeding monthly and annual sales objectivesDevelop and execute strategic account plans that identify revenue opportunities, customer needs, competitive positioning, and growth strategiesIdentify, engage, and build relationships with key stakeholders, decision-makers, and influencers within customer organizationsOwn the customer relationship and serve as the primary contact responsible for overall customer satisfaction, engagement, retention, and account healthBuild trusted partnerships with customers by understanding business priorities and aligning LexisNexis products, services, and content to customer needsDemonstrate strong knowledge of LexisNexis products, content, solutions, and market offerings, including the ability to articulate value propositions and competitive differentiatorsIdentify opportunities for account expansion and increased adoption of servicesLead contract negotiations and renewals, ensuring alignment between customer objectives and business goalsPartner with internal teams including Product, Marketing, Customer Success, and other business stakeholders to address customer needs and deliver solutionsProvide customer insights and feedback to internal teams regarding product enhancements, content needs, market trends, and customer experience opportunitiesMaintain accurate account information, sales activity, forecasts, and customer relationship updatesParticipate in customer meetings, presentations, and strategic discussions with executive-level stakeholdersPerform other duties as assigned**Required Qualifications**Bachelor’s degree or 5+ years of proven sales experience, preferably in a business-to-business environmentDemonstrated success achieving sales goals, managing accounts, and growing revenueExperience negotiating contracts, closing business, and managing complex customer relationshipsProven ability to develop and execute strategic sales plansStrong understanding of consultative selling practices and customer relationship management**Skills and Competencies**Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present effectively to executive-level audiencesStrong relationship-building skills with the ability to influence internal and external stakeholdersAbility to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams to achieve shared goalsStrong problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to identify customer needs and develop solutionsAbility to manage multiple priorities, customer relationships, and sales opportunities simultaneouslyStrong business acumen with the ability to understand customer challenges and translate them into business opportunitiesResults-driven mindset with a demonstrated ability to meet and exceed objectives**Working Conditions**Full-time position with customer-facing responsibilitiesAbility to travel as needed for customer meetings, business development activities, and strategic engagementsMay require collaboration across multiple teams and business functionsPrimary Location Base Pay Range: Home based-Ohio $74,900 - $124,700.
