Operations Team Member - Lind SignSpring Group

Lind SignSpring Group has an opening for an Operations Team Member who will work directly with the Operations Manager. The Operations Team Member will assemble, package, and ship BannerFrame systems.

Job Type: Full-time, Monday - Friday, 7:30am-4:00pm

Major Activities and Responsibilities:

Written and verbal communication skills
Ability to establish and maintain cooperative working relationships
Skill in working independently and following through on assignments with minimal direction
Assist the Operations Manager with installations; may be subject to working on a man-lift at various heights.
Assemble and package products for shipment
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Requirements:

Accurately read a tape measure and level
Base knowledge with power tools and hand tools
Understanding of linear and square footage measurements
Works well in a fast-paced environment
Task focused
Skill in working independently and follow through on assignments with minimal direction
Written and verbal communication skills
Problem solving
Education and Requirements:

High School Diploma or Equivalent
Current and Valid Driver's License and Auto Insurance
