Commercial Lines Producer - Middle Market - Remote

A well-established, growth-oriented insurance agency is seeking an experienced

Commercial Lines Producer

to support continued expansion of its middle-market business. This opportunity is best suited for a

tenured, self-sufficient producer

who is comfortable operating independently, building long-term client relationships, and developing a profitable book of business with limited oversight.

The ideal candidate brings a consultative sales approach, strong market knowledge, and the ability to manage the full sales cycle-from prospecting and relationship development through placement and ongoing client retention.
Key Responsibilities
Prospect, develop, and close new middle-market commercial accounts across a variety of industries
Build and manage a book of business with average account sizes of approximately

$40K in premium
Develop strong relationships with clients, carriers, and internal service teams
Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities to expand existing accounts
Lead client meetings, renewal discussions, and coverage strategy conversations
Maintain accurate documentation and activity tracking within agency systems
Collaborate with account management teams to deliver a high-quality client experience
Requirements
Active

Property & Casualty (P&C) license
5+ years

of Commercial Lines production experience within an agency environment
Demonstrated ability to consistently generate new business with minimal supervision
Strong understanding of middle-market risks and coverage structures
Self-motivated, disciplined, and comfortable working in a performance-driven role
