DUTIES: Facilitate the implementation of Thermo Fisher Scientific Inc.s Practical Process Improvement (PPI) Business System for the Purification and Pharma Analytics division to enable profitable growth and increase employee engagement. Collaborate with key stakeholders to lead projects and Kaizen events by deploying structured problem-solving that improves systems and eliminates waste. Lead and facilitate hands-on continuous improvement projects and Kaizen events that support the annual business objectives. Work closely with teams to identify improvement opportunities through employee ideas, Gemba, value stream mapping, data analysis, and tiered daily management.
