We are seeking an experienced and motivated Coordinator, Brand Marketing to join our team. In this role you will support the planning, coordination, and execution of integrated marketing initiatives that drive fan engagement, strengthen brand affinity, and expand audience development efforts across the organization.

Your Role on the Team

Assist in the execution of integrated marketing campaigns aligned with organizational brand and fan development strategies

Coordinate campaign timelines, deliverables, creative assets, approvals, and cross-functional communication

Support the implementation of seasonal marketing plans, tentpole campaigns, and promotional initiatives

Help execute culturally relevant and audience-focused marketing programs informed by fan insights and demographic trends

Support grassroots marketing initiatives designed to grow awareness and engagement within local communities

Coordinate youth-focused programs, school outreach efforts, clinics, and community-based activations

Assist with the development and distribution of promotional materials and outreach assets

Help identify opportunities to connect with emerging, multicultural, and next-generation fan audiences

Coordinate logistics and execution for theme nights, fan experiences, community events, and in-market activations

Support gameday and non-game-day experiential marketing efforts that enhance fan engagement and brand visibility

Collaborate with internal departments and external partners to execute memorable fan experiences

Assist in managing event timelines, vendor coordination, staffing needs, and on-site activation support

Track campaign performance metrics and assist with recaps and reporting.

Support fan engagement tracking, attendance reporting, and promotional performance analysis

Maintain project calendars, marketing inventories, event documentation, and campaign schedules

Assist with budgeting, invoicing, and operational coordination as needed.

Work closely with teams across Marketing, Community Relations, Partnerships, Ticketing, Digital Media, and Creative Services

Collaborate with external agencies, community organizations, and event vendors

Provide operational support across multiple marketing initiatives and special projects

Your Skills And Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Sports Management, Communications, Business, or related field preferred.

1–3 years of experience in sports marketing, brand marketing, events, experiential marketing, or community engagement

Strong organizational and project management skills with excellent attention to detail

Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills

Familiarity with social media, event coordination, and marketing campaign execution

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools preferred.

Ability to work nights, weekends, and events as required
