Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain expertise in Red Wing for Business programs, services, products, pricing, and procedures
Provide dedicated customers with exceptional service, exceeding expectations through knowledgeable and timely support
Collaborate with sales teams to facilitate smooth onboarding processes and engage in account review calls
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in customer service
Strong knowledge of product offerings and services
Experience with ERP, CRM, and reporting tools
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
