Tandem Senior Living Advisors is a specialized marketing and sales consultancy dedicated exclusively to senior living communities. We partner with independent living, assisted living, memory care, and Life Plan Community operators to clarify market position, align creative with operational truth, and build confidence across every prospect touchpoint — from first impression through move-in.

Our Creative Services team shapes how communities are understood in the market. The work we produce isn't just polished — it reflects the real experience residents and families encounter. That standard guides everything we design.

Position Overview
The AssociateGraphicDesigner supports the Creative Services team in producing design assets that help senior living communities communicate with clarity, warmth, and authenticity. This role focuses on digital production — including email campaign graphics, social media content, and supporting assets for integrated marketing programs — with opportunity to grow into broader brand and print work.

This is a detail-oriented production role with creative latitude. You'll work within established brand systems for multiple senior living clients while contributing ideas that strengthen visual communication at each stage of the prospect journey.

Key Responsibilities
Digital Design & Production

Design and produce digital assets including display ads, landing page graphics, web banners, and supporting visual content for client campaigns

Maintain brand consistency across deliverables for multiple senior living clients with distinct identities, tone, and audience profiles

Adapt master design templates for campaign variations, A/B testing, and seasonal messaging

Prepare and export files in production-ready formats for digital platforms

Email Campaign Graphics

Design HTML-ready email graphics including headers, banners, CTAs, and image blocks for prospect nurture campaigns, event invitations, and community announcements

Support email production across inquiry, nurture, and follow-up sequences that guide prospective residents and adult children through the decision process

Optimize imagery for email rendering across devices and clients, balancing visual quality with load performance

Collaborate with strategists and copywriters to ensure design reinforces the message and supports the intended action at each stage of the prospect journey

Social Media Graphics

Produce social media graphics for Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn, adapted for each platform's specifications and audience expectations

Translate brand voice and community personality into visual content — including lifestyle imagery compositions, quote graphics, event promotions, and community spotlights

Support organic and paid social content calendars with consistent, on-brand assets that reflect authentic community life

Size and format content for multiple placement types (feed, story, cover, sponsored) efficiently and accurately

Work within project management workflows to meet deadlines across multiple active client accounts

Communicate clearly with creative directors, strategists, and account leads on file status, revisions, and production questions

Maintain organized file libraries and naming conventions across client brand folders

Incorporate feedback constructively and iterate efficiently within defined revision cycles
