Business Listings Product Manager

Job Description
This position requires great oversight, research, and ownership of the business listings product and how it applies to sales, account managers, and the Platypus brand of products. We are looking for a person who will continue to grow the department and be responsible for increased sales, product quality, and management of fulfillment teams in the US and Philippines.

Responsibilities:

Direct Manager point of contact for all business listings inquiries

Direct Contact to Yext and other vendors who supply product

Fulfillment Workflow development and implementation

Delegation of Tasks to Fulfillment team

Ongoing Review of team efficiencies / workload

Quality Assurance of product and Team

Ongoing development and research to improve product

Intradepartmental collaboration to build new product mixes

Employee performance reviews in department

Create new products / workflows

Organize & Develop Training of other team/departments

Collaboration with Sales

Product research

Lead Generation & Online Tools

Maintain Website content & tools
